The SGIA organizing committee selected Graphics One to participate in Digital Apparel Production Zone showcasing the latest in digital apparel concepts. Bob Duschinsky, GO Sales, demonstrated the GO RIO with Wasatch SoftRIP 6.6 to many customers who are involved in imaging to apparel. Thanks to the SGIA organizing committee for a great show and inviting us to participate in the Zone.

Outstanding SGIA Show in New Orleans

Last week we participated in the SGIA show in New Orleans. No doubt it was the best show of the year from the standpoint both our reseller partners and the products being shown. Our GO Salsa TX was a hit with vibrant imaging on a variety of fabric materials. Additionally, we were exhibiting our Mutoh 1304 print-n-cut solution, our dMax 4 film and ink. It was also nice to see, at least in the French Quarter, that New Orleans is back to its origins--great Cajun hot and spicy food!

Why Direct-to-fabric and Dye Sublimation?

We believe direct-to-fabric printing and dye sub transfer printing is complementary. There will be situations where a user will need the density of printing direct to a fabric. There will be other cases where a user may need to transfer an image to a rigid surface and this is not possible without the ability to image on dye sub transfer paper.

Graphics One's RIO TX and Salsa TX image both direct-to-fabric and dye sub transfer paper making these printers the most versatile in our industry.
